1. Cancelling Your Order

You may request cancellation of an order by contacting us on WhatsApp at +94 70 402 0779 with your order number as soon as possible after placing it.

2. Cancellation Timing

• Requests received before the order is packed or dispatched are normally accepted
• Once an order has been handed to the courier, it can no longer be cancelled
• Dispatched orders are handled through our Return & Refund Policy instead

3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

• Cash on Delivery orders cancelled before dispatch have nothing to refund
• Online payments made through PayHere are refunded to the original payment method
• Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider

4. Cancellations by Suveora

We may cancel an order where:

• The product is out of stock or unavailable
• The delivery address cannot be served by our courier partners
• Customer details cannot be verified
• Payment verification fails
• The order is suspected to be fraudulent or abusive
• A pricing or system error has occurred

If we cancel an order, you will be notified and any payment already made will be refunded in full.
