Cancelling Before Dispatch

You may cancel an order at any time before it is dispatched by contacting us with your order number. Orders that have already been handed to the courier cannot be cancelled and follow our returns process instead.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

• Card and online payments are refunded to the original payment method
• Cash on delivery orders have nothing to refund
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of cancellation

Cancellations by Us

We may cancel an order if the item is out of stock, the delivery address cannot be served, or payment verification fails. You will be notified and refunded in full.
