You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the bag is unused, undamaged and in its original packaging with tags attached.

How to Request

• Share photos of the item and packaging
• We confirm approval and arrange collection or drop-off

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your preferred style is unavailable, we will offer a store credit or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Personalised items, gift cards and items damaged through use cannot be returned.
