Approved Refunds

Once a returned item is received and inspected, we notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.

Refund Method

• Card payments are refunded to the original card
• Cash on delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer
• Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund including delivery.

Cancelled Orders

Orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded in full.
